My name is Django Boletus, and I am an eighteen-year-old photographer and aspiring actor based in Portland, Oregon and New York City. My interest in photography began when I was nine years old, when my grandmother, a professional photographer herself, gave me a simple Canon Powershot as a Hanukkah present. Since then, I have grown more and more passionate about the art form, and I am often happiest when I am interacting with the world through a viewfinder.
As I work to expand my experience and portfolio, I offer my services at a price reflective of my age. I hope to make beautiful photography available to those who might not otherwise be able to afford it. Mine is a working-class family, and any income I earn from this endeavor will assist my ability to take classes, pay for college, and acquire the equipment needed in my journey in photography and filmmaking.
I do photography because I love the feeling of being able to capture and preserve the moments of the beautiful and extraordinary that exist all around us.
